COLD NOODLES WITH SESAME 
Lomein noodles
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. sesame paste
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. ginger
Hot spicy oil, to taste
Bean sprouts and cucumber garnishes

Boil lomein noodles until soft. Rinse with cold water. Drain and let dry. Mix remainder of the ingredients, except garnishes, for a sauce of creamy consistency. Mix sauce with the noodles. Arrange on platter and garnish with bean sprouts and cucumber.
