FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder

CRUST COATING:

1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Cream butter, egg and sugar. Add flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Form dough ball and chill. Roll out dough to fit pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Cool.

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust.

FRUIT TOPPING:

1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
3-4 bananas, sliced
Other fruits as desired (grapes, cherries, kiwi, strawberries, etc.)

Place fruit on cooled pizza crust, arrange as desired.

GLAZE:

2/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice

Mix glaze ingredients together and cook, stirring well, for one minute. Cool thoroughly. Pour over fruit. Sprinkle with coconut and decorate with cherries.
