2 hard boiled eggs
1 med. jar of olives, drained
1 sm. onion
1 c. pecans, choped
1 pt. Duke's mayonnaise

Put eggs, onion, olives and pecans through food grinder or processor. Mix well with mayonnaise. This yields about 1 1/2 pints of spread.
