CHEESY PINEAPPLE STRATA 
4 oz. unsweetened pineapple
3/4 c. butter
8 oz. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Drain pineapple and put in 3 quart casserole of 13"x5"x2". Mix sugar, flour and cheese and pour over pineapple. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers. Spread over top and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8.
