BARBECUED PORK SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lb. spareribs
1 lg. sliced onion
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper

Arrange spareribs in a large pan, cover with foil and place in a 325 degree oven. Drain off fat after 30 minutes. Cook another 30 minutes.

Combine the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and cook for 1 hour. Ribs and sauce should be finished at the same time. Drain fat off spareribs and pour sauce over them. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, occasionally basting the ribs.
