CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
1 box Stove Top Stuffing, chicken
2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup

Butter bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Line the dish with cheese slices. Place broccoli over cheese. Prepare stuffing as directed on package and place over broccoli. After boiling your chicken place in pieces over stuffing. Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Pour over the top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until heated through.
