BLUEBERRY DESSERT | |
6 egg whites 1 tsp. cream of tartar 2 c. sugar 2 c. Saltine crackers, crushed 1 c. nuts, walnuts or pecans 2 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. whipped topping 1 lg. can blueberry pie filling, or any pie filling of your choice Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until holds peaks. Add sugar and vanilla, and fold in nuts and crackers. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes. Let cool. Spread whipped topping on cooled mixture. Spread pie filling over top. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. |
