BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
8 egg whites
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
2 c. sugar
3 c. crumbled saltines crackers, not real fine
1 c. pecans (optional)

Beat egg whites very stiff. Add rest of ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Mix:

1 tub Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. 10X sugar

Spread evenly over crust.

1 can blueberry pie filling; cherry may also be used.

Spread on top.
