BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. butter, soft
4-6 bananas, cut lengthwise
20 oz. can pineapple, well drained
1 pkg. whole strawberries, well drained
14 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. walnut pieces

Drain pineapple and strawberries. Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press in cake pan - freeze 15 minutes. In medium bowl mix sugar, eggs and butter. Mix on medium speed 20 minutes. (Very important to mix full 20 minutes.) Spread over frozen crust. Place bananas cut side down on top of mixture.

Spoon pineapple and then strawberries over bananas. Then cover with Cool Whip. Top with walnuts. (Optional - drizzle chocolate syrup over top.)
