CHILI PEPPER CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Ortega chilies (#3 can)
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Layer chilies and cheese (3 layers), beginning with chilies. Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick and pour over chilies and cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
