BAKED FISH PARMIGIANA 
2 lb. fish fillets
Seasoned salt
Lemon pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place fish in shallow buttered baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Spread tomato sauce over each fillet and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with melted butter and bake uncovered until fish flakes easily. 15 to 20 minutes.
