BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 lbs. white fish in fillets or cut steaks
1 tsp. butter
1 sm. can pizza sauce
3 onions
3 stalks of celery
1 green pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 can tomato soup, undiluted

Place fish in loaf pan that has been sprayed with Pam (or other spray oil). Cut vegetables and mix with salt and pepper and Italian seasonings. Place vegetable mix in and around the fish. Add chopped parsley to the soup and cover the fish and vegetables. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice. You can also add small potatoes to bake with the fish and omit the bed of rice.
