PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY PARFAITS 
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. dessert topping mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/4 c. jelly

Prepare the dessert topping mix according to package directions. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, and milk; beat until creamy. Stir in the chopped peanuts. Fold in half of the dessert topping mix.

Spoon alternate layers of the peanut mixture and the remaining dessert topping into 4 parfait glasses, layering twice. Cover and chill. At serving time, spoon 1 tablespoon of the jelly on top of each parfait. Makes 4 parfaits.
