CHILI DIP 
16 oz. cream cheese
2 cans Hormel chili (no beans)
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans black olives
1/2 jar banana peppers (mild or hot), chopped
16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Spread cream cheese in bottom of casserole. Mix together chili, olives, and pepper. Add to casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 20. Men love this one!
