ARTICHOKE AND CHILI CHEESE DIP 
3 jars Cara Mia marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
7 oz. can Ortega diced green chills
1 pkg. Kraft Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar cheese (gold), grated*
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or corn chips.

*Do not substitute cheese brand or dip will become very oily and separated.
