LINGUINE WITH PROSCIUTTO 
1 lb. linguine, cooked
6 oz. chopped prosciutto
1/2 stick butter
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. Parmesan
Pepper to taste
Chives

In a skillet, cook prosciutto in 1/2 stick butter over moderate heat until golden, about 3 minutes. In small saucepan melt 3/4 stick butter over low heat. Pour over noodles and toss. Add cream, Parmesan, pepper. Spoon prosciutto over pasta in dish. Garnish with chives.
