ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES 
Roast any cut
1 green pepper
1 pkg. Good Season Italian dressing
1 pkg. au jus gravy
Hard rolls

Roast any cut of beef to season with salt and pepper. Slice meat very thin and simmer for 1 hour with 1 thinly sliced green pepper.

1 package Good Season Italian dressing and 1 package Au Jus gravy mix both according to directions. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons sugar and meat dripping (optional). Serve on hard rolls.
