ANY BEAN SALAD (REDUCED FAT) 
16 oz. can kidney beans
16 oz. can wax beans
16 oz. can garbanzo beans
1/2 c. vinegar
green onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
celery, chopped
radishes, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt (or omit)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Drain liquid from beans. Combine with vegetables in bowl. Add vinegar through pepper. Adjust vinegar, water, sugar combinations to taste.
