CURRIED FRUIT 
20 OZ. CAN OF EACH, DRAINED:

Peach halves
Pear halves
Apricots
Pineapple chunks

Grease 3 quart casserole. Arrange fruit in dish. Melt 1/3 cup butter. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup brown sugar and 2 teaspoons curry powder. Pour over fruit. Let stand for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
