SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper

Spread crescent roll dough in 13 x 9 inch glass casserole dish. Cook and drain sausage. Spread sausage on crescent dough. Spread the Cheddar cheese on top of sausage, shredded Swiss cheese. Mix eggs, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (This can be made ahead of time and baked later.)
