PARMESAN CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 c. old family recipe Parmesan pepper dressing (or any Parmesan dressing with pepper added)
1/4 lb. ham
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds

Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness on each breast. Spread 1 teaspoon dressing, 1/8 teaspoon oregano, and 1 slice ham. Roll and secure with toothpick.

In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. spread each breast with 1 teaspoon dressing and roll in bread crumbs. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
