SESAME BAKED CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken pieces
2 c. milk
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. olive oil

Place chicken pieces in bowl with milk. Refrigerate 1 hour. Combine next 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in egg, coat with bread crumbs. Place skin side up on oiled pan. Drizzle with oil. Bake 350 degrees, 50 minutes.
