FRENCH APPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamontsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. slat
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples

Blend oil with sugar; add eggs. Mix flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture; mix well. Add nuts and apples. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
