FIVE O'CLOCK STEW 
1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
6 sm. carrots, peeled
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. round steak
1 sm. onion, sliced
6 sm. potatoes (peeled and halved)

Combine flour, salt and paprika. Mix until blended, set aside.

Cut steak into strips. Dip in flour mixture.

Heat pressure cooker, melt butter. Add meat and onion and brown evenly. Add water, place potatoes and carrots over meat. Close cover securely. Cook 12 minutes, let pressure drop of its own accord. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
