SWEDISH COOKIES 
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Cream sugar, butter, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients and extracts. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Flatten with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
