BUCKEYES 
2 lbs. peanut butter, smooth
1 lb. butter
3 lbs. confectioners' sugar
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 bar paraffin

Let peanut butter and butter sit at room temperature. Mix peanut butter and butter in bowl and pour in sugar. Work with hands. Roll in balls and refrigerate. In a double boiler, melt chocolate and paraffin at medium low. Dip balls in chocolate. Put in refrigerator. 200 to 300 buckeyes.
