YEAST ROLLS 
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar

Cream together in mixer.

1 egg, add in mixer
1 env. dry yeast
1 c. Carnation dry milk dissolved in 1 qt. warm water
Flour to make soft batter (approximately 6 c.)

1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. salt
Flour to make soft dough

Refrigerate overnight. Shape into rolls and bake at 425 degrees. Makes 7 dozen regular size rolls or 10 dozen party size. This was given to me by the dietitian at Ridgecrest.
