WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. pork sausage
1 can chicken rice soup

Cook wild rice until it splits slightly. Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic in butter. Brown ground beef and sausage; drain. Add remaining ingredients and bake about 1 hour or until celery is tender.
