RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. Minute rice
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes or juice
1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn

Mix flour, chili powder, salt and pepper together. In 2-quart casserole dish, layer rice on bottom; then 1/3 dry ingredients with a little butter; then hamburger, onion and 1/3 dry ingredients and butter. Add layer of tomatoes or juice and rest of dry ingredients. Put can of corn on top. Bake until hamburger is done.
