ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 cans taco sauce
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
12 soft tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onions

Brown meat and garlic; pour off all fat. Add soups and taco sauce, mixing well. Simmer for a few minutes. Combine cheese and onions. Cut tortillas in squares.

Line greased baking dish with half of the tortillas. Pour half of beef mixture over them. Sprinkle with half of cheese mixture. Cover with remaining tortillas. Repeat beef and cheese layers. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
