EASY LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. dry spaghetti mix (dry)
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. long lasagne noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef and drain fat. Add dry spaghetti mix, tomato sauce and water to ground beef in rectangular 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Layer the uncooked lasagna, sauce, cheese, cottage cheese and spinach. Repeat layers - ending with meat sauce. Garnish with more cheese. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares for serving.
