ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
1/2 c. milk
1 doz. flour tortillas, cut or torn into pieces
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain. Add soups, taco sauce and milk. Alternate layers of tortilla pieces, soup mixture and cheese in a deep 3 quart casserole dish, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
