JELLO ICE BOX PIE 
2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs; beat well. Add pineapple and pecans.

NOTE: Make Jello quick method: 2 packages Jello, 2 cups hot water, rest ice cubes. Let Jello set slightly.

CRUST: Line 13"x9" pan with graham crackers, pour shortening, pineapple nut mixture over graham crackers and then add Jello. Put in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours for Jello to finish setting.
