I'LL EAT IT--FRENCH TOAST 
1 piece whole grain wheat bread, lg. size (Browheat Bran'nola Original)
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla (makes it taste sweet, no syrup needed)

Mix all ingredients. Soak bread well, turning to soak all egg mixture. This takes a few minutes. Cook in pan sprayed with non-stick spray on low heat until bread puffs up. Low heat prevents "crust" from forming, keeping "toast" soft and moist.
