MULLED CIDER 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (3 inch) stick cinnamon
2 qt. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves

Combine first 3 ingredients in 3 quart saucepan. The spices in cloth bag; add to cider mixture. Bring to a boil; simmer for 20 minutes. Remove spice bags; serve hot.
