MOUNT CLARE MULLED CIDER 
1 gal. apple cider
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
10 whole allspice
10 whole cloves
4 (3 inch) sticks cinnamon

Put spices in bag and boil in cider for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove spice bag and serve hot. It will keep indefinitely if kept in jugs.
