HOT MULLED SPIDER CIDER 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 qt. cider
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 tsp. whole cloves
Cinnamon sticks, 3" long
Dash nutmeg

Combine brown sugar, salt and cider. Tie spices in cheesecloth. Add to cider. Slowly bring to a boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes. remove spice bag. Serve hot with orange slice floated and cinnamon stick muddles. 10 servings.
