PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 pork chops

STUFFING:

6 slices bread, cubed
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 sm. onion, diced
3 tbsp. hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown the pork chops on each side and place in pan.

STUFFING: Mix together cubed bread, melted butter, poultry seasoning, onion and hot water. Put a mound of stuffing on top of each browned pork chop. Then take one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of water and pour this over the stuffing and pork chops and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until tender.
