1ST DAY: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. starter 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches & juice Stir together and cover loosely. 10TH DAY: 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple & the juice 2 c. sugar Add to mixture. 20TH DAY: 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail & juice 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries & juice 2 c. sugar Add to mixture. 30TH DAY: Drain juice from fruit and divide fruit into 3 equal parts for 3 cakes. Divide juice into 1 1/2 cup portions, placing in tight containers and give to a friend with a copy of the recipe as soon as possible. DO NOT REFRIGERATE THE JUICE. For each cake: 2/3 c. oil 2 eggs 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 fruit portion 1 portion juice |
