SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 c. herb-flavored stuffing
2 lg. onions
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Romano cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt

Cook spinach and drain very well. Mix with other ingredients. Make balls on cookie sheet and allow them to dry out a little. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees. These spinach balls freeze nicely and may be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer until you bake them.
