POTATO LATKES WITH SALMON SAUCE 
3 c. potatoes
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Oil

SALMON SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. salmon, smoked
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill

Put potatoes, eggs, onion, flour, baking powder and salt in food processor. Chop all very fine. Drop by tablespoons in hot oil and fry. Keep warm in oven.

Blend salmon and cream cheese in food processor. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve with potato latkes.
