4 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sour cream
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Fruit
1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn cookie sheet over and make one big cookie on back of sheet. Bake for 11 minutes. Cool slightly.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and almond extract until creamy. Spread over entire cookie. Garnish with fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi and blueberries.
