FRUIT COCKTAIL BARS 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 lb. 1 oz. can fruit cocktail
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs with sugar, add fruit cocktail juice and all. Add dry ingredients, add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with coconut and walnut. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool a little; drizzle glaze on cake. Pierce with fork here and there.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
