HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3 lb. beef
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lg. onions, sliced
1 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1 c. tomato sauce
2 1/2 c. beef bouillon

Cut meat in 2 inch cubes and brown in skillet in 2 tablespoons fat. Remove to casserole. Add onions and 1 tablespoon fat to skillet. Cook until lightly brown. Add meat with other ingredients. Simmer covered for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or with dumplings. Serves 3-4.
