HUNGARIAN GOULASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. steamed rice (prepare 1/2 c. dry rice)
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 small onions, chopped fine
1 to 2 cans tomato soup (use 2 cans with larger amount of meat)
1 can mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onions in butter. Brown ground beef. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
