KEY LIME PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. lime juice
1 graham cracker crust (cooked 5 min. at 350 degrees)

Put 2 egg yolks plus 1 whole egg in mixing bowl. Beat slightly by hand, add condensed milk. Mix well. Blend in lime juice. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold into condensed milk mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
