APRICOT YUMMY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. apricot Jello (can use peach), dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can pineapple juice, drained, save juice
8 oz. can apricots, drained, save juice
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained, save juice
2 lg. bananas, sliced

Put fruit in Jello and let chill until firm.

TOPPING:

Juice drained from fruits
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 well beaten egg
1 carton Cool Whip

Melt butter and blend with flour and egg. Beat well. Add juices. Boil until custard consistency. Cool. Add Cool Whip and spread on firm Jello.
