APRICOT SALAD 
3 oz. box orange Jello
1 sm. can undrained, crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
3/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 jar baby apricot food
8 oz. Cool Whip

Simmer Jello and pineapple and juice until a thin syrup; set aside to cool. Mix sugar and cream cheese and baby food; mix together. Let chill 1 hour then blend in Cool Whip.
