APRICOT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
1 c. buttermilk
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Heat to boiling pineapple. Add gelatin. Cool. Stir in buttermilk and Cool Whip. Let set in refrigerator.
