CHEDDAR - NUT BREAD | |
3 3/4 c. biscuit mix 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. water Combine biscuit mix, cheese and salt; set aside. Combine egg, milk and water; add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 55-60 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf. |
